What is in the kit

This RCMYou kit upgrades the suspension, steering hubs and shocks of a 1/10 Traxxas Slash 4X4 or Slash 4X4 VXL. The parts are CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodized blue finish. The package list:

• 2 x front suspension arms
• 2 x rear suspension arms
• 2 x steering hub carriers
• 2 x C hub carriers
• 2 x rear hub carriers
• 2 x front big bore shocks
• 2 x rear big bore shocks
• 1 x body mount
• Mounting screws for installation

The listing photo shows the same spread: four suspension arms, the hub carriers, ball-topped body posts, four shocks and bags of screws, pins, clips and bearings.

The four shocks are big bore aluminum units. The photo shows blue bodies with yellow coil springs; several orange spare springs sit beside them. The package list does not say whether those spare springs ship with the kit.

Fit and buying notes

RCMYou makes aftermarket upgrade parts, and this kit is listed for the 1/10 Slash 4X4 and Slash 4X4 VXL, the 4WD short course trucks in the Traxxas Slash line. It is not a Traxxas original part.

Check that your truck is a 1/10 Slash 4X4 or Slash 4X4 VXL before ordering. The fitment list covers those two models; the 2WD Slash and other Traxxas trucks are not on it.
