The 21960 tool uses a C-shaped frame and threaded hex bolt to press a replacement self-piercing rivet (SPR) into a flange. A magnetic end and center recess hold the rivet during insertion. Use it with a 1/2 in drive impact wrench and a socket that fits the bolt head.
