Polished aluminum J-style headlight arms, supplied as a pair

This aftermarket 009-01 bracket set contains two curved headlight support arms, with L and R markings on their mounting bases. Each arm has a polished aluminum exterior, a recessed round headlight mount at the upper end and six threaded holes in the flat lower mounting face.

The curved arm leaves space beneath the lamp mounting point. The photos show the brackets used with single round and dual round headlight housings. Those lamps and the illustrated trucks are examples; the item supplied is the pair of arms, without headlights or loose mounting hardware.

Confirm the truck and lamp mounting pattern

The listing names Peterbilt 379, 389, 359, 367 and 357. Its illustrated application chart instead names 379, 389, 357, 367 and 378. Because the two lists differ, fit for a 359 or 378 requires separate confirmation. Compare your existing arm, hood mounting face and lamp connection with the supplied brackets before ordering.

The 009-01 reference and truck model alone do not establish the hole spacing or whether modification is required. Match the L and R markings to their respective mounting positions and check both sides of the truck. A single-round or dual-round housing must also have the correct mounting connection and clearance.

Confirm the base-hole positions, thread size, central lamp-mount hole and arm offset against the actual mounting arrangement. Overall arm dimensions, hole spacing and thread specifications are not provided. The rectangular recess labels in the dimension image are inconsistent, so they should not be used as a mounting-hole pattern.

Follow the truck and lamp service information for fastener selection and tightening. Check hood movement, lamp clearance and wiring routing once the arms are fitted, then verify headlight aim using the procedure for your lighting setup. The polished finish does not establish an alloy grade, coating thickness or load rating.
