King Pin Camber Correction Kits

King pin camber correction kit for Club Car front suspension

This LIFT-191-reference aftermarket kit supplies two king pin assemblies for the matching front suspension on Club Car Tempo, Onward and Precedent golf carts. Each pin has a smooth shaft, a threaded end, a fitted black collar and a U-shaped clevis. The clevis ears have a row of three holes for the suspension connection.

The kit is intended for camber correction, which concerns the wheel's inward or outward tilt when viewed from the front. It supplies king pins and connection hardware; spindles, control arms, bushings and lift blocks are separate parts.

Parts and dimensions

Reference
LIFT-191
King pin assemblies
2, each with a threaded shaft end, black collar and clevis
Loose hardware
2 hex-head bolts, 2 nuts and 4 flat washers
Clevis structure
Three holes in each ear of the U-shaped fork
Tip-to-clevis dimension shown
5.56 in, from the threaded tip to the back of the clevis
Threaded-end length shown
1.02 in

The 5.56 in arrow ends at the back of the clevis, before the fork ears. It does not represent the full end-to-end length of the assembly. The 1.02 in label is a length along the threaded end, not its diameter or thread size. Use these photo dimensions to compare the part's layout; shaft diameter, fork spacing and hole diameters are not specified.

Confirm the suspension configuration

Check the required LIFT-191 reference and compare the king pin shaft, threaded end and clevis with your existing front suspension. Tempo, Onward and Precedent model names identify the intended applications, but a modified suspension or a different lift design can change the connection requirements.

If your cart has a lift kit, check its king pin requirements before ordering. This package does not provide lift height or replace an entire lift kit. It has no confirmed adjustment angle range, and the required hole position depends on the suspension being aligned.

Check camber as part of the front-end repair

Worn bushings, damaged suspension parts or loose connections can also affect wheel position. Inspect those components before choosing a correction setting. Follow the applicable suspension service instructions for assembly, tightening and alignment, and measure both camber and toe after the work. No tightening torque or numerical alignment target is supplied for this aftermarket kit.
