This kit is listed for the 1988-2006 Yamaha Blaster YFS200 clutch operating arm. It brings together a lever-and-shaft assembly, its return spring, a flat washer, an oil seal and a needle bearing. The arm connects to the clutch cable at the engine and operates the internal clutch push mechanism.

Match the engine-end arm before replacing it

The pictured arm has a cable attachment at one end and a stepped shaft with a shaped working end. Compare its cable connection and shaft profile with the removed lever, particularly if the engine or clutch mechanism has been changed. The reference 37F-16380-02-00 identifies the push lever assembly; it does not specify the dimensions of every loose component in this kit.

Check the bearing and seal against the shaft and crankcase bore before fitting them. Their inner and outer diameters and widths are not specified for this kit. Material grades, seal compound and bearing load ratings are also unspecified.

Set the lever position and cable adjustment

Follow the Yamaha service procedure for spring placement and push lever alignment, then set the clutch cable free play. Check that the arm returns and moves through its operating travel without binding before riding. Replacing these parts alone does not correct worn clutch plates or an incorrectly adjusted cable.
