Exhaust flange installation kit

This aftermarket 30-0205 kit supplies the flange and retaining hardware for two matching Harley-Davidson exhaust ports. It includes a pair of chrome flanges, two mesh gaskets, two C-ring retainers and four flange nuts for fitting the header pipes to the cylinder heads.

Match the exhaust connection

Choose this kit for a Big Twin or Sportster exhaust connection that uses a separate two-hole flange, a C-ring behind the pipe collar and a mesh gasket at the cylinder head. Compare the flange opening, mounting-hole spacing, gasket seat and nut threads with your existing parts before ordering. Model name and year alone do not confirm a match, particularly with custom header pipes or a different engine generation.

The supplied nuts have flanged bases. Check whether your installation also requires separate washers; their inclusion is not confirmed.

Installation

Use the service manual for your motorcycle's exact model and year to remove and install the exhaust. Seat each gasket correctly and check the flange and retaining ring orientation before tightening the header fasteners to the specified torque.
