54.6V fast charger for 48V 13S lithium packs

This EVAPLUS charger is made for 48V lithium-ion battery packs with 13 cells in series. Its output is 54.6V at 1.5A, and 54.6V is the full-charge voltage of a 13S pack. The AC input accepts 100-240V at 50/60Hz, so it runs from a standard wall outlet.

One unit covers five charging ports. The cable ends in a 5.5 x 2.5 mm / 2.1 mm DC barrel plug, and the kit adds adapters for the other common connectors shown below. A light on the case shows red while the pack charges and green when the pack is full.

This charger only suits devices with a 48V 13S lithium-ion pack. The seller warns against 24V, 25V, 29.4V, 36V and 42V packs, and against lead-acid batteries of any voltage. Check the battery voltage and the charging port before you order.

The listing names Razor, Jetson, Voyage, Gotrax, Ninebot, Segway and Hiboy, and presents the charger as a replacement for their devices. The listing artwork shows a kick scooter, a self-balancing scooter, a small folding e-bike and an electric unicycle.

A brand name alone does not settle fitment. The pack inside the device must be a 48V 13S lithium-ion pack, and its charging port must match one of the five plugs above.

Charging

Plug the charger in and the light turns red while the pack charges. When the pack is full, the light turns green, and the listing says the charger then maintains the battery automatically.
