S21307 wide bushing tool

This screw-operated tool is for removing and installing wide beam bushings on Hendrickson Turner INTRAAX suspension applications that call for the S-21307 tool. The threaded bolt draws the tool plates together, and the transition tube guides the replacement bushing during installation.

Choose by bushing type

Check the bushing length and suspension configuration before ordering. The Hendrickson S-21307 application is the 6.75-inch-wide TRI-FUNCTIONAL I and II bushing. Narrow 3.625-inch bushings require a different tool, and wide and narrow tool components must not be mixed. The INTRAAX name alone does not establish fit.

HT Y-beam suspensions use replacement of the complete bushing assembly and do not require this bushing replacement tool. This listing is for the service tool; select the replacement bushing separately.

Drive method and lubrication

Confirm the approved drive method for the supplied tool before use. Hendrickson's S-21307 instructions specify a 3/4-inch drive impact wrench and prohibit a 1-inch drive impact wrench. This reference does not establish an impact rating for the supplied tool.

Keep the tool threads, thrust bearing and washers lubricated with the correct extreme-pressure tool lubricant. A-14011 Type M bushing lubricant must not be used on the tool threads or bearing. Confirm the contents of the pictured tube before applying it.
