This aftermarket fuel level sender is for carbureted 2004-2005 Harley-Davidson FXST, FLSTC and FXSTS motorcycles. The pictured assembly has a black float on a bent arm, a slotted mounting bracket and a wiring lead with a plug.
Fitment and part identification
Match the 75240-04 reference to the sender required by your motorcycle. The model year alone is not enough: FXSTI, FLSTCI and FXSTSI use fuel injection and are excluded from this application. FXSTD and FXSTDI Deuce models are also excluded.
